All patients have access to their own dedicated Personal Wellness Trainer (PWT). The PWT is unique to KLNIK to enhance the integration between aesthetics and wellness. Through a holistic client focused approach the PWT offers a therapeutic space for patients to equip themselves with psychological tools to excel their own personal wellness, including optimised cognitive functioning and internal development. With compassion the PWT also brings awareness and education into the psycho-social factors affecting both the patient motivation and consequence of cosmetic medicine and aesthetic procedures. Embedded within the KLNIK experience and working within the multidisciplinary team at KLNIK the PWT is committed to improving industry standards and patient safety in this unique psycho-aesthetic collaboration. Kimberley graduated in 2009 with a degree in Psychology from The University of Central Lancashire where she later gained her Post Graduate MSc and holds professional status with the British Psychological Society.
Our PWT offers personal wellness modules combining integrated principles of psychological therapies namely Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Of all which connect to the heart of our vision: ‘’The Best You’’ to enrich quality of life outcomes: Personal wellness sessions are available in Elite Performance and Public Profile editions. These training modules are in collaboration with KLNIK ambassador and Olympian Rebecca Adlington OBE.
